The Last Vision

Last week of October, I went hiking up to that lake edge, a place I studied and scouted during the day to find these great reflections and organise our light orientation for the aurora night shoot.

After hiking up, I waited up there for 3 hours, cameras on tripods, composition ready to shoot, battery in the pocket to save power. It can take extremely long time before facing the magic of the aurora, and this is why I find these shots so amazing to share, because of the experience and the struggle behind it.

After a long game of waiting, hopes were going down, I decided to pack my bag, camera and tripod away, mentally ready to head back down, when suddenly, I look for a last time behind me, and that happened..

I DISCOVERED COMPLETELY DIVERSE ENVIRONMENTS WHICH HELPED ME WORKING ON MY PHOTO COMPOSITIONS, MY TECHNIC, AND MY ARTISTIC SIDE.
MY TRAVELS HELPED ME TO FIND MY TASTES AND LED ME TO WHERE I AM NOW;
DRIVING AND GUIDING SNOWMOBILES IN LAPLAND; TEACHING AND PHOTOGRAPHING THE AURORAS IN THE ARCTIC REGIONS; WHITE WATER RAFTING ON ICELANDIC AND NORWEGIAN RIVERS; AND BACKPACKING IN BETWEEN SEASONS.

I CONCENTRATE MAINLY ON ADVENTURE, LANDSCAPE AND NIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY.
A CAMERA IN MY HANDS HAS ALWAYS BEEN A WAY TO EXPRESS MY FEELINGS THE EMOTIONS LINKED TO A PLACE, A FRIEND OR A SPECIAL MOMENT.
I WOULD SAY THAT PATIENCE AND CREATIVITY IS ALL YOU NEED.
