"The Light Between Us"

This series is a quiet exploration of childhood as seen through the intimate spaces of home and the everyday light that connects us. Created between 2023 and 2024 in Mexico, the photographs portray my daughters in tender, unguarded moments — playing, resting, embracing, or simply being. As a mother and a photographer, I witness the silent rituals of growing up: the in-between spaces where joy, solitude, love, and transformation take place. "The Light Between Us" is not just about illumination, but about presence — the gentle, fleeting kind that exists between the observer and the observed, the mother and the child, the stillness and the sound.
