Dorothy''s Dreams

This is part of an ongoing series called "Flat Screen".

When I look at a t.v. screen, I see so much more than the main image.
I witness little stories and interactions going on in the background away
from the main characters. These scenarios range in size up to about 2 inches
and must be captured with a macro lens.

The room lights are turned off and with remote in hand, I scan through
the numerous movies until I find a unique image that can only be seen by me.
To some, it might be just a blob of light radiating through the screen, but through
the macro lens, shapes and shadows appear to take on different forms.

"Dorothy's Dreams" is a captivating sequence of images depicting the iconic house from "The Wizard of Oz" falling from the sky. Rendered in a mesmerizing grainy style, the artwork is part of the series "Flat Screen" and offers a unique perspective on this classic tale. The photo captures the imagination and invites viewers to explore the dreamlike world of Dorothy's adventure
